地铁车站设计如何合理执行新规范——《消防应急照明及疏散指示系统技术标准》的探讨

How to Adhere to the New Standard Rationally for Metro Station Design Discussion on “Technical Standard for Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuate Indicating System”

GB 51309-2018《消防应急照明及疏散指示系统技术标准》于2018年3月开始实施,该标准是第一本对消防应急照明系统的设计进行深入、细致规定的标准,对各类建筑物的应急照明设计都带来了较大的变化。地铁车站作为大客流、高强度的城市交通建筑,对应急照明的要求及做法与一般民用建筑有所不同,本文针对地铁车站功能及形体特点,从该标准的主旨理念出发,分析其与旧规范的主要差异,然后对典型车站的消防应急照明系统进行了全新的照度核算、灯具选型及系统设计,尝试在充分贯彻标准编制思想的基础上设置高效、合理、可用性高的消防应急照明系统。

GB 51309-2018 "Technical Standard for fire emergency lighting and evacuate indicating system",whichis the first standard to put fire emergency lighting system design into profound and specific level and it also brought significant impact to emergency lighting system design forall kinds of buildings,was implemented in March 2018. Following the new standard and knowing that metro stations are designated to sustain high passenger flow and operational intensity,of which requirement and designing of emergency lighting system are different from general civil buildings. This paper carried out solutions customized for metro stations. This includes new illumination calculation method,lighting selection and system design of the fire emergency lighting system for typical metro station according to its function,physical characteristics and the main idea of this new standard. It also tried to set up an efficient,reasonable and high availability fire emergency lighting system on the basis of fully implementing the idea of the standard.
