摘要
针对集输管道内壁阴极保护中,由于普通的参比电极无法应用的问题,对电化学性能稳定的钌铱钛合金作为参比电极时进行了阴极保护研究。研究发现,在NaCl溶液中,钌铱钛合金作为参比时,需要较长时间电位才能达到稳定状态,实验测得电位稳定时间为140min,同样条件下的甘汞参比电极电位稳定时间只有20min。两种参比电极之间电位存在差值,经过数据拟合后得出电位差为589.94mV。
in this paper, due to the problem that the common reference electrode cannot be applied in the cathodic protection of the inner wall of the collection and transportation pipeline, the cathodic protection of the electroless titanium alloy with stable electrochemical performance as the reference electrode is studied. it was found that in the nacl solution, when the ram-type titanium alloy was used as reference, it took a long time potential to reach a stable state. the experimentally measured potential stability time was 140 min, and the potential stability time of the reference electrode of calomel under the same conditions was only 20 min. there is a difference in the potential between the two reference electrodes, and the potential difference is 589.94 mv after data fitting.
