NaCl在不同温度下对微波法含水仪检测误差影响的试验研究

摘要 通过对同一组份的矿化度(NaCl),对微波法含水仪检测精度的影响实验研究,对实验数据进行三次多项式拟合分析,得到NaCl在同一温度下,含水仪在线检测精度会随矿化度含量的增加而降低;在同一组份矿化度(NaCl)下,不同温度会对高含水原油的介电常数产生较大的影响,呈乳化状态的油水混合物,随着温度的升高,含水仪测量精度值呈递减的趋势。最后利用粒子群改进最小二乘法向量机对高含水原油含水仪在线检测结果进行误差校正建模分析,有效的减少了单组份矿化度在不同温度下对高含水原油含水率传感器在线检测精度的影响,为校正高含水原油在线检测精度误差提供了有效的参考方法和理论依据。 On the same components of salinity(NaCl), the microwave method, the influence of water cut meter precision, by a large number of experimental research under different temperature, an analysis of the cubic polynomial fitting the experimental data, get the NaCl under the same temperature, water cut meter on-line detection precision will be decreased with increasing of salinity content, salinity(NaCl) in the same components, different temperature can produce large dielectric constant of high water-content crude oil, the influence of the state of the emulsified oil-water mixture, with the increase of temperature, water cut meter measuring precision value will decrease trend. At last, by using particle swarm improvement of least squares vector machine of high water cut of crude oil water cut meter error correction modeling analysis of monitoring results of online, effectively reduce the one-component salinity under different temperature sensor on-line detection of high water cut of crude oil moisture content, the influence of accuracy of high water-content crude oil on-line detection precision error correction method provides effective reference and theoretical basis.
