复合热载体发生器在低渗油藏的应用

摘要 针对延长油田注水开发难度大的问题,进行了复合热载体发生器的研发和在低渗透油田的应用测试。基于火箭发动机的高压燃烧喷射机理设计的复合热载体发生器能实现电脑调控,机械化自动运行,产生高温高压复合热载体;利用油藏数值模拟技术,优化设计了X1井复合热载体吞吐试验所需的注入温度、注入量、注入速度、焖井时间等注采参数,并对试验效果进行了预测。在此基础上,开展了吞吐现场试验,试验效果良好,因此,复合热载体吞吐技术适合延长低渗透油田。 In order to the difficulty of waterflood development in Yan’chang oilfield, the development and application tests of composite heat carrier generators were carried out in low-permeability oilfields. Based on high-pressure combustion injection mechanism of rocket engine, the composite heat carrier generators can mechanical and automatic operate in computer, producing high temperature and high pressure composite heat carrier. By using reservoir numerical simulation technology, injection parameters such as injection temperature, injection volume, injection rate, and well-injection time of the X1 well heat transfer throughput testing laboratory were optimized design, and the test results were predicted. On this basis, the on-site field test was carried out and the test results were good. Therefore, the composite heat carrier throughput technology is suitable for Yan’chang oil field.
