摘要
为了能及时跟踪有杆抽油系统在井下作业过程中出现的故障问题,以便进行针对性的处理,对工况进行预测就变得很有意义。通过使用灰色预测模型对泵功图的特征值进行预测,将预测数值与原数值对比,分析其误差。结果表明,该预测模型的拟合程度较高,对有杆抽油系统的工况预测有良好的效果。
In order to track the faults that occur in the downhole operation of the rod pumping system in time for targeted processing, it is meaningful to predict the condition. The eigenvalues of the pump power diagram are predicted by using the gray prediction model, and the predicted values are compared with the original values to analyze the errors. The results show that the prediction model has a high degree of fitting and has a good effect on the fault prediction of the rod pumping system.
