水平井下套管遇阻情况时有发生,套管的特殊性决定了处理方式的单一,延长气田延303平1井最近发生了一次下套管遇阻,采用了上提下放、循环泥浆、浸泡解卡等方式处理,最终未能成功解卡,为抢救该井,只能提前固井。通过总结事故成因,分析处理过程得失,为今后下套遇阻卡提出了相应的预防措施及建议。
