摘要
珍珠棉由于其保温特性及缓冲特性被大量应用在易碎品的包装运输中。目前,加工珍珠棉曲面存在成本高、加工效率低,难度大的问题。为解决珍珠棉复杂回转曲面的加工中的问题,通过三维建模软件Solid Edge,对EPE珍珠棉曲面加工装置进行建模,对机床的传动系统,进给系统,装夹支撑进行结构设计,实现机床对珍珠棉复杂曲面的快速加工,并且满足加工质量要求。
Pearl cotton is widely used in the packaging and transportation of fragile products because of its heat preservation and buffering properties. At present, the processing of pearl cotton curved surface has the problems of high cost, low efficiency and great difficulty. In order to solve the problems in the processing of complex revolving curved surface of pearl cotton, this paper uses the three-dimensional modeling software solid edge to model the EPE pearl cotton curved surface processing device, to design the structure of the transmission system, feed system and clamping support of the machine tool, to realize the rapid processing of complex curved surface of pearl cotton by the machine tool, and to meet the requirements of processing quality.
