双层大凸缘零件的冲压工艺分析与设计

摘要 双层大凸缘零件的加工难点在于凸缘的成形,冲压时容易起皱和破裂,且尺寸不易保证。首先把零件分解成各个单元体,利用各单元体求出毛坯的直径,然后对零件进行工艺分析,确定工艺过程为拉深、胀形、反拉深。进一步确定了拉深次数、拉深的工艺参数和胀形的工艺参数,最终完成反拉深,成形了零件,并达到技术要求。 The processing difficulty of the double-layer large flange parts lies in the forming of flange. It is easy to wrinkle and fracture during stamping, and the dimension is not easy to ensure. Firstly, the parts were decomposed into units, and the diameter of the blank was calculated by using the units. Then the process of the parts was analyzed, and the process was determined as drawing, bulging and reverse drawing. The drawing times, drawing process parameters and bulging process parameters were further determined. Finally, the reverse drawing was completed, the parts were formed and the technical requirements were met.
