摘要
针对变速机构下固定支架中孔的位置与边曲线距离小,再冲孔后成形会出现孔的变形的问题进行分析,提出了在成形后采用挂冲式冲孔的结构。此结构提高了产品质量,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。
Because of the small distance between the hole and the side curve in the lower fixing bracket of speed change mechanism, forming after punching will cause the deformation of the hole.By analyzing the situation above,it was proposed to use a hanging punching structureafter forming, which improves the product quality, reduces the production cost and improves the production efficiency.
