摘要
分析研究了某车型发盖内板,局部采用开口拉延新工艺与传统全封闭拉延工艺,在保证产品质量的前提下新工艺对于材料利用率提高了3.5%,并最终应用到车型量产阶段,进而为后续新车型开发提供了关于材料利用率提升的一种较好的解决方案。
This paper analyzed the hood inner plate of one car, and developed a new process combining local new open drawing with traditional closed drawing process. On the premise of guaranteeing the quality of products, the new process improved the material utilization rate by 3.5%, and finally was applied to the production stage of the car, thus providing a way to improve the material utilization rate for the development of the new car.
