摘要
对车削螺纹时产生的误差进行了分析,确认刀具前角会引起牙型角误差。通过对刀具前角与牙型角的关系进行计算,提出确定刀具前角后再刃磨牙型角的方法。应用所提出的方法,可以消除车削螺纹所产生的误差,加工出合格的螺纹。
The error occurred when turning the thread was analyzed to confirm that the tool orthogonal rake caused the tooth angle error.By calculating the relationship between the tool rake angle and the tooth angle,a method of determining the tool orthogonal rake before sharpening the tooth angle was proposed.The application of the proposed method can eliminate the error caused by thread cutting and the qualified thread can be processed.
