摘要
核燃料组件组装过程中,常采用薄壁零件胀接的方法进行装配。基于三种不同的机械加工工艺对螺纹套管进行加工,并对不同机械加工工艺得到的螺纹套管进行胀接。通过胀接试样拉伸试验,确认不同机械加工工艺对螺纹套管胀接结构拉脱力的影响。
In the assembly process of nuclear fuel assemblies,the assembly is often carried out by means of expanded joint of thin walled parts.The threaded bush was machined based on three different machining processes,and the threaded bush obtained by different machining processes was assembled by expanded joint.Through the tensile test of the expansion joint test specimen,the influence of different machining processes on the structural pull out force of the threaded bush assembled by expanded joint is confirmed.
