摘要
设计了一种基于STM32F103的旋转式黏度计,实现了在不同温度下对样品溶液黏度值进行精确测量,可以实时显示电机转子、电机转速、环境温度、溶液黏度。系统采用步进电机、精密游丝和光电对管构成的延时传感器,实时捕捉不同溶液对延时传感器产生的时间差,进一步利用时间差和转子、转速的比例关系,折算出待测溶液的黏度值。测试结果表明该黏度计测量精度较高,测量误差低于0.5%,测试的重复性误差很小,具有良好的市场应用价值。
A rotary viscometer based on STM32F103 was designed,which can be used to test the viscosity of the sample solution accurately at different temperatures.It can display the motor rotor,motor speed,ambient temperature and solution viscosity real-timely.The system used a time delay sensor consisted of a stepping motor,a precision hairspring and photoelectric tube to capture the time difference between different solutions for the delay sensor real-timely.The proportional relationship between the time difference,rotor and speed was used to calculate the viscosity value of the determined solution.The measurement results show that the viscometer has high measurement accuracy,the measurement error is less than 0.5%,the repeatability error of the test is tiny,and it has good market application value.
