摘要 为解决污水处理厂无法远程监控的问题,以PLC为中央控制器,微信订阅号为上位机,结合WiFi、云服务器技术,设计了一套污水处理远程监控系统。系统采用PLC实时采集现场的各种数据,经过单片机WiFi模块转换后上传至云服务器;微信连接云服务器实时获取数据,并将数据实时显示在订阅号上。实测结果表明,该系统能够实时远程监控厂内的设备、仪表的运行情况,达到了预期效果。 In order to solve the problem that the sewage treatment factory can not be remotely monitored,the PLC was used as the central controller and the WeChat subscription number was the upper computer.Combined with WiFi and cloud server technology,a remote monitoring system for sewage treatment was designed.The system used PLC to collect various field data in real time,and then uploaded it to the cloud server after being converted by the single-chip WiFi module.The WeChat connection cloud server obtained data in real time and displayed the data in real time on the subscription number.The measured results show that the system can remotely monitor the operation of equipment and instruments in the factory in real time,and achieve the expected results.
