摘要
针对传统应力应变数据传输距离有限、布线复杂、线路易老化等问题,设计了一种基于ZigBee无线网络的应变数据采集系统。ZigBee无线网络的引入使得整个系统易操作、简单化,极大地提高了应变信号的传输距离,且数据保持高线性度、高精确性,多次实验的非线性误差均保持在0.3%以下。在某型号监测系统实际应用表明,ZigBee无线网络的应变数据采集系统应该具有更加广泛的应用前景。
Aiming at the problems of traditional stress-strain data transmission distance,complicated wiring and aging of the line,a strain data acquisition system based on ZigBee wireless network was designed.The introduction of ZigBee wireless network made the whole system easy to operate and simplistic,greatly improved the transmission distance of strain signals,and the data maintained high linearity and high accuracy.The nonlinear errors of many experiments were kept below 0.3%.The practical application of a certain type of monitoring system show that the strain data acquisition system of ZigBee wireless network should have a wider application prospect.
