摘要
目的探讨临床护士是如何进行反思的,为提高临床护士反思能力提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对16名护士进行半结构式访谈,采用类属分析法进行资料分析,并运用NVivo 10.0软件管理、发掘和分析文本数据。结果通过对访谈内容进行分析得出3个主题9个类属:有意识的行为引导(自我回顾、他人引导、集体讨论);现实情境的激发(有影响力的情境、有挑战性的情境、不确定性的情境);情感和道德的触动(共情、职业价值观、伦理)。结论临床护士自身和外在环境均可影响其进行反思,护理管理者应积极开展反思活动,提高临床护士反思及决策能力。
Objective To explore how clinical nurses conduct reflective practice for providing reference for improvement of reflective ability.Methods The phenomenological methodology was used in the study.Semi-structured in-depth interviews was conducted on 16 clinical nurses.Data was analyzed by using content analysis.The NVivo 10.0 software was used to manage,dig and analysis textual data.Results Three themes were emerged from the data including conscious behavior guidance(self-review,others guidance,groups discussion),realistic situation stimulation(influential situation,challenging situation,uncertain situation),and emotional and moral touches(empathy,professional values,ethical issues).Conclusion Inner and external environments of clinical nurses can trigger their reflection in clinical nursing practice.Nursing managers should carry out reflection activities and improve nurses'abilities of clinical reaction and decision-making.
