摘要 国内新建的三代核电技术基于安全考虑,提出了温差法液位测量技术。本文据此设计了一种基于温差法的液位传感器。其根据水与水蒸气的传热系数的显著差异,通过安装于电加热器加热区处热电偶与远离加热区热电偶之间的测量温度差值,判断测点处液位情况。通过软件模拟计算和试验实测数据,证实了所设计的液位传感器结构设计合理,性能可靠,能够有效地判断反应堆内液位变化情况。 The third-generation nuclear power technology in China proposes a temperature difference method for water level measurement based on safety considerations. Based on this,a liquid level sensor based on the temperature difference method is designed. According to the significant difference of heat transfer coefficient between water and vapor,the water level at the measuring point can be judged by the difference of temperature between the thermocouple installed in the heating zone of electric heater and the thermocouple far away from the heating zone. Through the software simulation calculation and the actual test data,it is confirmed that the designed water level sensor has reasonable structure design,reliable performance and can effectively judge the change of liquid level in the reactor.
