MALDI-TOF MS对2株临床阿萨希丝孢酵母菌的鉴定及同源性分析 被引量:2

摘要 阿萨希丝孢酵母菌广泛分布于自然环境中或定植于人体某些组织器官中[1],当人体免疫力低下时常可累积身体多个器官:肺、肝脏、血流、皮肤及泌尿系统感染,且急性播散性毛孢子菌病的死亡率为50%~80%[2-3]。早期准确的诊断是精准治疗的关键,MALDI-TOF MS是近几年发展起来的基于微生物蛋白指纹图谱鉴定病原菌的方法,具有快速、准确、灵敏和分辨率高等特点[4]。
