低频电刺激在预防宫颈癌术后尿潴留中的应用

Application of low frequency electrical stimulation in prevention of urinary retention after cervical cancer operation

目的观察低频电刺激在预防宫颈癌术后尿潴留中的应用价值。方法前瞻性选取2018年12月~2019年5月24例在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院接受治疗的宫颈癌手术患者纳入研究对象,遵循随机原则将患者分为观察组(11例)与对照组(13例),分别给予常规膀胱功能训练与膀胱功能训练+低频电刺激治疗,对两组患者术后尿潴留发生率、临床指标以及术后肌力分级情况进行综合评价。结果观察组患者术后有1例发生尿潴留,占9.09%,显著低于对照组的30.77%(4/13)(P <0.05);观察组患者残余尿量少于对照组,留置导管时间短于对照组,两组患者满意度比较观察组较对照组高(P <0.05);观察组盆底肌力分级优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论低频电刺激在宫颈癌手术患者中的应用,能够对术后尿潴留起到预防作用,减少残余尿量,提升患者盆底肌力,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the value of low frequency electrical stimulation in preventing urinary retention after cervical cancer surgery.Methods From December 2018 to may 2019,24 patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery in The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China were prospectively selected for study according to the principle of randomization.The patients were divided into observation group(11 cases) and control group(13 cases).They were given routine bladder function training and bladder function training plus low frequency electric stimulation respectively.Urinary retention was observed in two groups.The incidence,clinical indicators and muscle strength grading were evaluated comprehensively.Results One case of urinary retention occurred in the observation group after operation,accounting for 9.09%,significantly lower than 30.77%(4/13) of the control group(P <0.05).The residual urine volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the indwelling catheter time was shorter than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of the two groups was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).The results showed that the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low frequency electrical stimulation in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery can prevent urinary retention,reduce residual urine volume and enhance pelvic floor muscle strength,which is worthy of popularization and application.
