摘要
目的对高校宿舍多功能床爬梯进行工效学分析与设计改进,提高学生宿舍生活、学习舒适度。方法以某大学多功能床爬梯为研究对象,利用Solidworks与Jack仿真软件,建立人机耦合虚拟环境。对学生爬梯的动态过程选取三个典型姿势进行可达域分析、关节舒适度分析、静态强度预测及工作姿势分析,剖析多功能床爬梯的工效学设计缺陷,并进行优化设计。结果设计改进后的多功能床在学生上下爬梯时舒适性显著提升。结论通过工效分析软件Jack与Soliworks的集成应用对高校多功能床爬梯设计改进,提升了学生使用多功能床爬梯的舒适度。
Objective The ergonomic analysis and design improvement of ladder of multi-functional bed in college dormitory are carried out to improve students' dormitory life and study comfort level.Metliods Taking ladder of multi-functional bed in students' dormitory of Guangdong Ocean University as the research object,using Solidworks and Jack simulation software,we established the man-machine coupling virtual environment.Three typical postures were selected for the dynamic process of climbing ladder for the analysis of the reachable zone,the comfort of joints,the static strength and the Ovako working postures.Some flaws in design were also analyzed,which led to optimal designs.Results The students' comfort level can be significantly improved by redesigning ladder.Conclusion Through the integrated application of ergonomic analysis software Jack and Soliworks,the design of ladder of multi-functional bed in university dormitory is improved,and the comfort level of students is improved.
