摘要
以聚醚多元醇和3-异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料,采用一步法合成硅烷改性聚氨酯,并使用吸附剂对体系中残留的锡催化剂进行处理,研究了吸附剂种类、用量和吸附时间对硅烷改性聚氨酯性能的影响。结果表明:较佳的除锡吸附剂为表面具有多孔结构的二氧化硅材料PQ4,吸附剂较佳用量为改性聚氨酯质量的1. 8%,较佳吸附时间为5 h,该条件下体系中锡质量分数低于4. 2×10-6,且制得的硅烷改性聚氨酯具有优良的贮存稳定性。此外,性能评价实验结果进一步验证了残留锡催化剂对硅烷改性聚氨酯贮存稳定性的影响。
A polyether polyol and 3-isocyanatepropyltriethoxysilane were used as the raw materials to synthesize a silane-modified polyurethane in one step. The residual tin based catalyst in the system was treated with a special adsorbent. The effects of adsorbent types,amounts and adsorption time on the properties of silane-modified polyurethane were studied. The results indicate that the preferred adsorbent for removing tin is silica material( PQ4) with a porous structure on the surface,the preferred amount of the adsorbent is 1. 8% of the mass of the modified polyurethane,and the adsorption time is 5 h. Under these conditions,the mass fraction of tin is lower than 4. 2 × 10-6,and the prepared silane-modified polyurethane has excellent storage stability. In addition,the performance evaluation experiments has further verified the effect of residual tin catalyst on the storage stability of silane-modified polyurethane.
