健康公正视域下农村医疗卫生事业发展研究

Research on the Development of Rural Medical and Health Services from the Perspective of Health Justice

农村医疗卫生事业在当前中国现代化改革浪潮中呈现出曲折中发展的景象。制约农村居民健康公正的因素主要在于医疗资源配置的不均衡、农村医疗保障制度的不完善、环境负担承载的不公正、农村居民的健康理念落后。实现农村医疗卫生事业健康公正需要强化政府和民间健康照护的责任、改革完善医疗统筹决策、促进农民环境医学健康理念的进步、实现农村经济社会的全面发展。

Rural medical and health services are developing in a tortuous way in the current wave of China's modernization reform.The factors that restrict the health justice of rural residents mainly lie in the imbalance of medical resource allocation,the imperfection of rural medical security system,the unfairness of environmental burden and the backwardness of rural residents' health concept.To realize the health justice of rural medical and health services,we need to strengthen the responsibility of government and folk health care,reform and improve the overall medical decision-making,promote the progress of farmers' concept of environmental medical health,and realize the overall development of rural economy and society.
