摘要
文章根据麦肯锡咨询对各行业自动化潜力的预测,对我国城镇女性劳动力市场的人工智能潜在替代比例进行了测算。结果表明,如果只考虑人工智能的岗位破坏效应,目前城镇女性劳动岗位中有46%的比例将存在被替代的风险。但考虑到未来劳动力市场会有新的岗位需求,同时由对潜在被替代人数最多的五类行业中女性的受教育程度和年龄结构分析可知,如果存在与转岗再就业相关的培训和再学习机制,未来城镇女性劳动者不会大规模失业。
Based on McKinsey's prediction of the automation potential in various industries,the paper estimates the potential substitution ratio of artificial intelligence in China's urban women's labor market.The study highlights that aspects of 46% of urban female jobs will be automatable,if just considering destruction effect on job.But if assuming in the future other occupations will expand in number,according to female educational attainment and age structure in the top five industries with the most substantial share of jobs,urban female workers will not be unemployed on a large scale by attending related training and relearning.
