澳门市民多年龄段共性体质指标变化特点分析

Analysis on the Change Characteristics of Common Physical Fitness Indicators of Citizens of Multiple Age Groups in Macao

目的:分析3~69岁澳门市民多年龄段共性体质指标的连续性、完整性及变化特征。方法:以2015年参加体质监测的3~69岁澳门市民为研究对象,对研究对象的身体形态、身体机能和身体素质共性指标进行分析,数据通过SPSS 19.0进行统计处理。结果:澳门市民的身体形态共性指标随年龄的增长呈现典型的阶段性变化特征;身体机能共性指标随年龄的增长具有一定的阶段性变化特点;大多数身体素质共性指标虽存在一定的阶段性变化特征,但缓慢增长期的年龄特征不明显。其中,在生长发育阶段,最先发育的是身体素质指标,其次是身体形态指标,最后发展的是身体机能指标;在功能衰退阶段,最先下降的是身体素质指标,其次是身体机能指标,最后下降的是身体形态指标。结论:澳门市民身体形态生长发育的“长期趋势”依然存在;女性身体形态、身体机能和身体素质的发育均早于男性。

Objective:To analyze the continuity,integrity and change characteristics of the common physical indicators on multiple age groups of Macao residents aged 3~69 years.Methods:The 3 to 69-year-old Macao citizens who participated in the national physical fitness monitoring in 2015 were selected as the research objects,and the common parameters of body shape,function and quality of the subjects were analyzed.The data were statistically processed by SPSS 19.0.Results:The common indicators of body shape of Macao citizens showed typical phase changes with age;the common indicators of body function had certain stage changes with age;most of the common indicators of physical quality had certain stage change characteristics,but the age characteristics of the slow growth period were not obvious;in the growth and development stage,the first development was the quality index,followed by the morphological indicators,and finally the functional indicators;in the functional decline stage,the first decline was the quality index,the second was the functional indicator,and the final decline was the morphological indicator.Conclusion:The“long-term trend”of the growth and development of the body shape of Macao citizens still exists;the development of female body shape,function and quality is earlier than that of men.
