磨细粉煤灰制备粉煤灰水泥的强度分析

Strength of cement containing ground fly ash

试验通过对掺有不同细度及不同掺量粉煤灰的水泥胶砂进行力学性能试验及分析,研究磨细粉煤灰对水泥胶砂强度的影响规律。研究结果表明:粉煤灰的细度对水泥胶砂的抗压强度影响显著;细度不变时,掺10%粉煤灰能有效提升水泥胶砂强度,但掺超20%以上粉煤灰的水泥胶砂强度明显下降,且粉煤灰掺量越大其强度越小;另外随着龄期的增加,掺入磨细粉煤灰的水泥胶砂强度可超过纯水泥的胶砂强度。

Through the mechanical properties test and analysis of cement mortar with different fineness and different amount of fly ash,the influence of grinding fly ash on the strength of cement mortar was studied.The results show that the fineness of fly ash has a significant effect on the compressive strength of cement mortar,and when the fineness is constant,10%fly ash can effectively enhance the strength of cement mortar,but the strength of cement sand with more than 20%fly ash decreases obviously.With the increase of age,the strength of cement sand added with pulverized fly ash is higher than that of pure cement.
