独立学院作为高等教育改革的一种新兴事物,经过不断的摸索与发展,为我国高等教育的发展做出了巨大贡献。通过概述德、英、美等发达国家的应用型人才培养模式和分析我国独立学院人才培养的现状,探讨国外应用型人才培养模式对我国独立学院人才培养的启示。

As a new thing in the reform of higher education,independent college has made great contribution to the development of higher education in China through continuous exploration and development.This paper summarizes the cultivation mode of applied talents in developed countries such as Germany,Britain and the United States,and analyses the current situation of the cultivation of talents in independent colleges in China.It also discusses the enlightenment of the cultivation mode of applied talents in foreign countries to the cultivation of talents in independent colleges in China.
