摘要
服装设计专业教学改革方向及人才培养目标的确立,对专业教师提出了更高的要求,"双师型"教师队伍的建设成为了服装设计专业建设的重点之一。首先分析服装设计专业教师队伍现状,并总结"双师型"教师应具备的职业能力,进而分别从优化师资团队结构、认定培养双师教师、架构专业培养平台等维度,提出建设"双师型"教师队伍的可行路径,以期全面增强服装设计专业师资力量,推动其专业建设与发展。
The teaching reform direction and the establishment of the talent cultivation target of the major of fashion design put forward higher requirements for professional teachers.The construction of"double qualified"teachers team has become one of the key points in the construction of the major of fashion design.First,this paper analyzes the current situation of the fashion design professional teachers,and summarizes the professional ability of the"double qualified"teachers.Then,it proposes the feasible path to build the"double qualified"teachers team from the dimensions of optimizing the teachers team structure,identifying and training"double qualified"teachers,and constructing the professional training platform,in order to comprehensively strengthen the qualification of fashion design professional teachers,and promote the professional construction and development.
