摘要
高职院校学前音乐教师在专业发展过程中面临着专业背景和角色切换缓慢、缺少针对性专业培训、科学探究能力有待提升等诸多困境。鉴于此,分析影响高职学前音乐教师专业发展的主客观因素,并根据高职学前教育专业学生的特点及需求,提出学前音乐教师核心素养构建的有效路径,以期能够全面提高学前音乐教师的综合素养和能力,促进他们转型与升级,为其专业长足发展奠定坚实基础。
Preschool music teachers in higher vocational colleges face many difficulties in the process of professional development,such as slow professional background and role switching,lack of targeted professional training,and scientific research ability to be improved.On this basis,this paper analyzes the subjective and objective factors that affect the professional development of preschool music teachers in vocational colleges,and according to the characteristics and needs of preschool education students in vocational colleges,puts forward the effective path to build the core competence of preschool music teachers,in order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive competence and ability of preschool music teachers,promote their transformation and upgrading,and lay a solid foundation for their professional development.
