“一带一路”背景下高校商英专业跨文化商务交际能力培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Cross-cultural Business Communication Competence of Business English Majors under the Background of “Belt and Road”

"一带一路"沿线国家的发展历史悠久,在现阶段"一带一路"的新经济发展大背景之下,一定要立足于培养国际化的人才,对于国际商务的相关工作人员来说,跨文化商务沟通等能力的要求越来越高,但是在现阶段的发展过程中,我国各高校商务英语专业毕业的学生,在实际的国际商务活动中仍旧存在着许多的不足和问题,主要表现在跨文化知识欠缺、相关语言能力较弱以及跨文化意识不足等。各个高校在对商务英语专业的学生进行培训时应该通过放弃民族中心意识,丰富跨文化的相关知识以及加强学生英语实用能力,举办跨文化商务交际能力研讨会等途径,有效地提升本校商务英语专业学生的英语语用能力。基于此,在国内外相关研究的基础上,对现阶段商务英语专业跨文化交际存在的问题以及不足进行研究和分析,并提出相应的培养措施,以期有效地提升我国外语教育水平。

The"Belt and Road"has a long history of development.Under the background of the new economic development of the"Belt and Road",we must focus on cultivating the international talents.For international business related staff,the requirements for cross-cultural business communication and other abilities are getting higher and higher.However,in the current development process,students from various business English majors in China still have many deficiencies and problems in actual international business activities,which are mainly manifested in the lack of cross-cultural knowledge,the weak language abilities and the lack of cross-cultural awareness.In the training of business English majors,colleges and universities should effectively abandon the awareness of the national center,enrich the relevant cross-cultural knowledge,strengthen students’practical English ability,and conduct cross-cultural business communication skills seminars to effectively improve the pragmatic competence of the students of business English majors.Based on this,this paper mainly studies and analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies of the cross-cultural communicative competence of business English at the current stage on the basis of relevant research at home and abroad,and puts forward corresponding training measures,in order to effectively improve the level of foreign language education in China.
