气相色谱-质谱联用对枸杞籽油中塑化剂迁移量的研究 被引量:7

摘要 为抑制枸杞籽油中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂污染,通过气相色谱-质谱联用的方法,对枸杞籽油中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的迁移规律进行研究。结果表明,利用气相色谱-质谱测定枸杞籽油中17种邻苯二甲酸酯,该方法在线性范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,检测限0.05 mg/kg,平均回收率在84.3%~95.1%。该方法可快速、有效地检测枸杞籽油中多种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的迁移,对保障枸杞籽油的食品安全具有重要意义。 The migration of phthalates in lycium barbarum seed oil was studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)in order to inhibit the contamination of phthalates in lycium barbarum seed oil.The results showed that 17 kinds of phthalates in lycium barbarum seed oil were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.This method had a good linear relationship in the linear range,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999,the detection limit was 0.05 mg/kg,the average recovery was 84.3%-95.1%.This method could quickly and effectively detect the migration of a variety of phthalate ester plasticizers in lycium barbarum seed oil,and was of great significance to ensur the food safety of lycium barbarum seed oil.
