摘要
目的观察应用超分辨技术提高肾脏血流超声造影(CEUS)成像空间分辨率的可行性。方法提出一种基于造影图像序列统计变换的超声衍射衰减显微镜(UDAM),并用于人体肾脏CEUS图像重建;通过与最大强度投影(MIP)成像结果对比,探究UDAM超分辨成像对于空间分辨率的改善效果。结果相比MIP图像,视觉上超分辨成像显示肾脏血流的空间分辨率显著提高。结论 UDAM可对临床采集的肾血流造影视频进行重建,并提高成像的空间分辨率,为观察微小血流结构提供新的有效手段。
Objective To explore the performance of super-resolution ultrasound for improving the spatial resolution of contrast enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) imaging in human kidney. Methods A new super-resolution ultrasound imaging method based on statistics transformation of CEUS image sequence termed ultrasound diffraction attenuation microscopy(UDAM) was proposed and applied in human kidney. The results of UDAM were compared with those of maximum intensity projection(MIP) to explore the improvement on spatial resolution. Results The spatial resolution was significantly improved in visual using UDAM compared with MIP. Conclusion UDAM can enhance spatial resolution using clinical CEUS images of human kidney, therefore providing a new effective mean for observing microscopic blood flow structures.
