2015年版中国药典收载的治疗糖尿病的中成药组方药味特点研究

Characteristics of Chinese patent medicine prescription for treating diabetes recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia (2015 edition)

目的:分析2015年版中国药典收载的治疗糖尿病的中成药的功效特点、配伍规律和组方药味特点,为这些中成药的临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2015年版中国药典收载的治疗糖尿病或有降血糖作用的中成药进行统计、归类、疗效分级和组方药味的分析、使用频率统计。结果:2015年版中国药典共收载21种治疗糖尿病或有降血糖作用的中成药,它们的组方药味中共使用了58种中药。这些中成药均为补益剂,组方药味中使用最多的是补虚药。结论:2015年版中国药典收载的治疗糖尿病的中成药以益气养阴、生津止渴、活血化瘀、清热解毒为主要治则,组方药味常用补虚药、清热药,以补肾、健脾为主。

Objective:To analyze the function and prescription characteristics,the compatibility law of Chinese patent medicine for treating diabetes recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2015 edition)so as to provide reference for the clinical rational use of these Chinese patent medicines.Methods:Statistics,classification,efficacy grading and analysis of prescription of Chinese patent medicines for treating diabetes or having hypoglycemic function were performed and the frequency of their use was counted.Results:There were 21 kinds of Chinese patent medicine able to be used for treating diabetes or to have hypoglycemic effects,in which 58 kinds of single herbs were included.These Chinese patent medicine were all tonic prescriptions and the most common use of prescriptions were deficiency-invigorating medicine.Conclusion:Chinese patent medicines for treating diabetes recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2015 edition)are characterized by taking nourishing Qi and Yin,promoting fluid and relieving thirst,clearingheat and detoxicating as the main treatment principle,and deficiency-invigorating medicine and heatclearing medicine were taken as the most common ones and they are mainly effective to nourish spleen and kidney.
