徐州城市公园游憩者满意度类型及特征分析

Analysis on the type and feature of recreationists’ satisfaction in Xuzhou city parks

运用聚类分析和判别分析,根据满意度差异对徐州市公园游憩者进行类别划分,并基于人口统计学特征分析不同类别公园游憩者满意度存在差异的原因.研究发现:徐州市公园游憩者可分为“热情满足者”“理性满足者”和“中立者”3种类型;单因素方差分析结果显示,年龄是徐州城市公园游憩者满意度存在差异的主要因素,青年群体对旅游服务、健身设施、卫生设施以及导览设施最不满意.

With cluster analysis and discriminant analysis,the recreationists in Xuzhou city parks are expected to be divided into different types based on the differences in satisfaction,and the reasons for the difference in the satisfaction of park recreationists in different categories are analyzed based on the demographic characteristics.It is displayed in the results that recreationists in Xuzhou city parks can be divided into three clusters,i.e.enthusiastic,rational and in-betweeners satisficers;through one-way variance analysis,the conclusions can be drawn that the key reason of the satisfaction difference in different types of recreationists are their age difference;tourist service,fitness service,public health facilities and the navigation facilities are the main factors influencing the satisfaction of the youth group.
