“中等收入陷阱”指的是经历快速增长的国家,在达到了中等收入的状态后,没能最终追赶上发达国家并实现高收入,相反却落入了中等收入的范围内.通过对“中等收入陷阱”基本特征的描述,分析了徐州市在“中等收入陷阱”方面的具体表现,及徐州可能落入“中等收入陷阱”的具体原因,并结合徐州经济的具体发展情况,就徐州如何摆脱“中等收入陷阱”给出了对策建议.

The"middle-income trap"refers to a situation,in which a country experiences rapid growth after reaching a middle income level,it fails to catch up with the developed countries and achieves high income,but on the contrary,it falls into the middle income range.Based on the basic characteristics of"middle-income trap",the concrete manifestations of Xuzhou in the"middle-income trap"are analyzed,and the reasons why Xuzhou may fall into the"middle-income trap"are also analyzed.Finally,combined with the specific situation of the development of Xuzhou s economy,the corresponding countermeasures about how to avoid the"middle-income trap"are given.
