摘要 为使高含水油井精准找堵水,实现增产增效目的,使用套管井地层动态测试器,在油井射孔段内部进行分段动态特性测试,完成精细找水,并实施精准封堵突进水。在长庆油田×××井两个射孔段共测试6个地层测试点,分别获得五种动态特性参数数据,取得真实样品,且在第二射孔段下部测试到高渗透率层段,找到水的突进位置,确定了该井高含水率的源头。按照两个射孔段进行局部精准机械封堵,对下射孔段局部封堵后,年增产原油255 t,平均日增油0.70 t,达到精准找堵水目的。套管井地层动态测试器全射孔段精细动态测试及堵水作业的试验成功,对同类井具有一定的借鉴作用。 Using the casing well dynamic tester,the segmental dynamic characteristics test is carried out inside the oil well perforation section to find and block water in high water-containing oil well for production and efficiency increasing.The fine water finding and accurately sealing the water breaking through are completed.6 formation test points have been tested in two perforation sections of ×××Well in Changqing Oilfield.Five kinds of dynamic characteristic parameter data and real samples have been obtained.The location of water rushing is located between the lower part of the second perforation section and the high permeability layer.It is the source of the high water content in the well.According to the two perforating sections,local precision mechanical sealing is carried out.The annual increased output of crude oil is 255 t,the average daily increased oil is 0.70 t.The accurate water blocking effect has been achieved.The well dynamic test of the perforated section with the casing well dynamic tester and the successful test of water shutoff operation have certain reference effects for similar wells.
