精准扶贫影响因素的探讨——以贵州省为例

Analysis of Factors Affecting Precision Poverty Alleviation in Guizhou

为了帮助贫困人口摆脱贫困,从根本上消除贫困,实现可持续脱贫目标,习近平总书记提出了“精准扶贫”思想。本文以贵州省为研究对象,利用Eviews 8.0软件建立VAR模型探究贵州省精准扶贫的影响因素。研究表明贵州省全省公路通车里程、旅游业总收入、金融相关率以及农民人均可支配收入等因素会影响精准扶贫的效果,但各个因素影响不尽相同,其中金融相关率的影响最大。因此本文建议将贵州省的精准扶贫工作重心放在金融精准扶贫上,并从贫困户、金融机构两个方面给出了一些金融精准扶贫的对策建议。

In order to help the poor get rid of poverty,fundamentally eliminate poverty and achieve sustainablepoverty alleviation goals,General Secretary XiJinping put forward the idea of"precise poverty alleviation".This paper takes Guizhou Province as the research object,and uses Eviews 8.0 software to Establish VAR model to explore the influencing factors of precision poverty alleviation in Guizhou Province.The research shows that the province's highway mileage,total tourism revenue,financial correlation rate and farmer's per capita disposable income will affect the effect of precision poverty alleviation,but the impact of various factors is not the same,and the financial correlation rate has the greatest impact.Therefore,this paper proposes to focus on the precise poverty alleviation work in Guizhou Province on financial precision poverty alleviation,and gives some suggestions on financial precision poverty alleviation from two aspects:poor households and financial institutions.
