城市公共资源景观水体浮游植物多样性特征——以丁香公园为例

摘要 城市公共资源受到人口数量及活动强度的限制,其可持续利用保护机制,已逐渐成为生态文明建设热点与难点。城市景观水体作为城市公共资源之一,是城市生态活动的重要载体,然而其生物多样性研究往往被忽略。本研究以丁香公园为例,于2019年10月共设置5个采样点对浮游植物样品进行定性定量分析,基于多元统计分析阐述浮游植物的多样性特征。本次研究中共鉴定浮游植物58个分类单位,隶属于5门31属,其中绿藻门物种丰富度最高。各采样点浮游植物平均细胞丰度为203×104 cell/L,变化范围在127×104 cell/L^350×104 cell/L之间。浮游植物的优势为束丝藻属(Aphanizomenonsp.)、黏连色球藻(Chroococcuschlorogloea)、固氮鱼腥藻(Anabaena azotica)、集星藻(Actinastrumhantzschii)、谷皮菱形藻(Nitzchiapalea)、梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella meneghiniana)。Shannon-weaver指数变化范围在1.61~2.34之间,平均为2.00,丁香公园浮游植物群落结构较为稳定。 Urban public resources are limited by the number of people and the intensity of human activities,the sustainable utilization and protection mechanism of urban public resources has severely become hot spots and difficulties in the construction of ecological civilization.As one of the urban public resources,urban landscape water is an important componentof ecological practice,however,the study focus onbiodiversity is scarcely.In this study,a total of five sampling points was set up for qualitative and quantitative analysis of phytoplankton samples in October 2019,and the diversity characteristics of phytoplankton were explained based on multivariate statistical analysis Dingxiang Park.In this study,a total of 58 phytoplankton taxa were identified belonging to 5 phyla and 31 genera,among which the species richness of Chlorophyta was the highest.The average abundance of phytoplankton at each sampling point was 203×104 cell/L,with a variation range of 127×104 cell/L^350×104 cell/L.The advantages of phytoplankton are Aphanizomenonsp.,Chroococcuschlorogloea,Anabaena azotica,Actinastrumhantzschii,Nitzchiapalea,Cyclotella meneghiniana.The Shannon-weaver index ranges from 1.61 to 2.34,with an average of 2.00.The phytoplankton community structure in Dingxiang Park was stabilized.
