摘要 涪陵页岩气二期产建区井随着埋深加大造成施工压力高,施工排量受限,难以形成复杂缝所需较高的净压力,给当前的压裂施工带来一定的难度,本文通过涪陵页岩气井开发对压裂设备需要耐高压、大排量、长时间的要求,提出了相对应配套技术及配套压裂工艺方案,可保障压裂施工在高压、大排量施工顺畅。 The wells in Fuling shale gas phase II production and construction area increase with the burial depth, resulting in high construction pressure, limited construction displacement, and difficult to form complex fractures with high net pressure, which brings certain difficulties to the current fracturing construction. Based on the requirements of Fuling shale gas well development for fracturing equipment to withstand high pressure, large displacement and long time, this paper puts forward corresponding supporting technologies and supporting fracturing. The process plan can ensure the smooth fracturing construction under high pressure and large displacement.
