摘要
通过自由基聚合合成一种阳离子聚合物SLP-01作为堵水剂主剂,筛选引入一种纳米微球α-NANO作为辅助堵剂,复配制得溶液型阳离子选择堵水剂SL-01体系,微观分析SL-01体系在多孔介质中的吸附机理和堵水性能,并就SL-01基本性能和作用机理进行分析:表观黏度测定探究SL-01堵水剂注入性是否满足油田应用要求;考察SL-01的抗盐稳定性;根据动态吸附等温线建立堵水剂SL-01的Langmuir吸附模型;考察SL-01单分子吸附层对石英砂表面润湿性反转作用;进一步通过岩心驱替实验考察了SL-01体系的稳油控水特性和油水选择性以及耐冲刷性能,并确定SL-01适用渗透率油藏地层类型。2018年将堵水剂体系SL-01于某油田进行现场应用,根据该油田地质研究所反馈数据分析,该体系不仅有效降低油井含水量,还能保证油井产油量和产液量的稳定,表明该体系对今后在溶液型的堵水剂研究方向上具有重要指导意义,同时对目前国内其他高含水油田现场应用也具有相应参考价值。
Using acrylamide and cationic monomer, by aqueous solution polymerization, and through the radical polymerization to synthesize a kind of cationic polymer SLP-01 as main agent plugging agent, introducing α-NANO meter microspheres alpha filter NANO as auxiliary plugging agent, and cationic polymer SLP-01 compound preparation solution type cationic choose SL-01 water plugging agent system, according to the environmental scanning electron microscope SEM figure,SL-01 system compared with cationic polymer SLP-01 molecular adsorption mechanism in porous media and water plugging performance, the basic performance evaluation and action mechanism of SL-01 were analyzed,apparent viscosity measurement was used to explore whether the injectivity of SL-01 water plugging agent met the application requirements of oilfield.Salinity was used to investigate the salt resistance of SL-01.Langmuir adsorption model of water plugging agent SL-01 was established according to the dynamic adsorption isotherm.The wettability reversal effect of SL-01 on the surface of quartz sand was investingated.In the core displacement experiment, the change of residual resistance coefficient of oil-water phase injected with polymer SLP-01 and water-plugging agent SL-01 separately were investigated, the oil-water stability and oil-water selectivity and scour resistance of the system were further investigated, and the formation type of SL-01 suitable for permeability reservoirs was determined.Plugging agent SL-01 was applied in X oilfield.According to data from the institute of geological,SL-01 not only effectively reduce the well water content, oil well output and also can guarantee the stability of the produced fluid volume.At the same time,SL-01 type in a solution for the future of plugging agent has important guiding significance to the research direction, and other high water cut oilfield applications at home, also has the corresponding reference value.
