摘要
乳化油是由原油、水、重质烃及固体杂质混合形成,以稳定黏稠的复杂多相形态存在,重质烃及无机杂质长时间、大量富集,导致油、水密度差越来越小,长期放置形成难处理的老化油,常规原油脱水处理工艺和热化学法难以处理达标。本文通过分析老化油形成原因,检测分析其组分,研发专用处理剂配方,同时针对老化油组分差异,采用不同处理工艺,成功解决了老化油处理难题,初步形成了复杂多相乳化油处理工艺技术体系。
Emulsified oil is composed of a mixture of crude oil, water, heavy hydrocarbons and solid impurities, existing in the form of viscous and stable multiphase. Therein, heavy hydrocarbons and inorganic impurities have accumulated abundantly for a long time, resulting in the difference between the densities of oil and water being smaller and smaller.Thus,it is hard to meet the required standard when dealing with the long term stored aging oil in a way of using the traditional crude oil dehydrating treatment process and the thermochemical method. In this paper, we investigated the causes of the formation of aging oil, determined its composition and developed a specialized treatment agent formula. Furthermore, various treatment processes were used according to the differences in the composition of the aging oil,which successfully solved the aging oil treatment problem, preliminarily formed a technical process system to treat the complex multiphase emulsified oil.
