摘要
介绍了5种不同烃基取代基的N-烷基苯甲酰胺基双咪唑啉缓蚀剂的合成方法,该类缓蚀剂具有多个吸附中心。以渤海某油田生产污水为水样开展该类缓蚀剂的腐蚀性能评价,结果表明同条件下,与油胺发生取代反应生成的N-2-[2-(十八-9-烯基)]苯甲酰胺基双咪唑啉缓蚀剂性能最好。在渤海某油田开展N-2-[2-(十八-9-烯基)]苯甲酰胺基双咪唑啉缓蚀剂的现场试验,以线性极化电阻(LPR)监测腐蚀速率,结果表明该油田污水系统腐蚀速率降低47%。该缓蚀剂的长期应用效果采用腐蚀挂片方式监测,结果表明斜板除油器和双介质滤器出口挂片的腐蚀速率较应用原缓蚀剂时分别降低39%和64%,均达到低于0.076 mm/a的控制标准。
Synthesis method of five N-alkyl benzoylamino bis-imidazoline corrosion inhibitors with different alkyl substituent was introduced, these corrosion inhibitors have multi adsorption centers. Using produced water from Bohai oilfield, the results of evaluation show that the N-2-[2-(octadecyl-9-enyl)]benzoylamino bis-imidazoline corrosion inhibitor synthesized by substitution reaction with oleamine has the best performance. N-2-[2-(octadecyl-9-enyl] benzoylamino bis-imidazoline corrosion inhibitor field test was conducted in Bohai oilfield. The results were measured by linear polarisation resistance(LPR), and showed that corrosion rate of produced water lowered by 47 % in the oilfield.The long term effects of this corrosion in the oilfield was measured by corrosion coupons,and the results showed that the corrosion rate of coupons in inclined plate oil remover outlet and dual medium filter outlet lowered by 39 % and 64 % respectively, which achieved control standard below 0.076 mm/a.
