关于防控疫情一线科室医护人员在2019新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎救治工作中的体会与建议

Experience and suggestions of medical staff from the front-line departments in the treatment of 2019-nCoV infection

2019新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)的出现及迅速传播给人类健康及全球公共卫生安全带来极大的危害及挑战。呼吸与危重症医学科、急诊科、感染性疾病科等是防控疫情一线科室,这些科室医护人员是发热门诊、隔离病房及ICU的主要力量。该文对2019-nCoV感染的肺炎发病机制及临床表现进行概述,介绍2019-nCoV感染的肺炎救治工作中的体会,重点描述医护人员的个人防护与救治患者、救治重症患者中的支持治疗与抗感染治疗,并提出相关建议。

The emergence and rapid spread of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) bring severe harm and challenge to human health and global public health security.Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,Department of Emergency and Department Infectious Diseases are the front-line departments for epidemic prevention and control.The medical staff from these departments are the main forces of Fever Outpatient,Isolation Ward and ICU.In this article,the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of 2019-nCoV infection were summarized,the experience in the treatment of 2019-nCoV infection was introduced and relevant suggestions were put forward,focusing on the personal prevention and protection of medical staff,and supportive treatment and anti-infection treatment for severe patients.
