摘要 有效的员工全员培训是防控2019新型冠状病毒感染在医疗机构传播的重要措施。该文介绍将医院员工按岗位性质不同分为临床科室主任护长,隔离病房、发热门诊及预检分诊医护人员,标本检测技术人员,其他医师、护理及医技人员,行政、后勤及辅助人员等5个类别,进行分层次、分批次、针对性强、覆盖全员的防护培训。培训内容包括理论学习与考核、实践技能培训与考核。培训由教官组人员按统一的培训标准,使用客观结构化多站的形式开展。 Effective staff training is an important measure to prevent and control the spread risk of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCOV)infection in medical institutions.In this article,all hospital staff is divided into five categories:(1)director and chief nurse of clinical department,(2)medical staff from isolation ward,fever clinic and pre-examination triage,(3)laboratory staff for 2019-nCOV detection,(4)other doctors,nurses and technicians,(5)staff from administrative,logistics and auxiliary departments.The training programs are delivered for each category of stall.The training contents include theoretical study and assessment,practical skills training and assessment.The training is conducted by the instructor group in accordance with the unified training standards in an objective structured multi-station form.
