槲皮素磷脂复合物的制备及其理化性质研究

摘要 采用溶剂法制备槲皮素磷脂复合物,以复合率作为评价指标,采用单因素试验法优化制备工艺,再通过红外光谱和X-射线衍射分析对槲皮素磷脂复合物进行物相分析,并测定其在水和正辛醇中的溶解度。结果表明,优化制备工艺为:四氢呋喃为复合溶剂,槲皮素:磷脂投料质量比1︰2,槲皮素浓度20 mg/mL,复合时间4 h,复合温度55℃,制得的槲皮素磷脂复合物平均复合率99.64%,RSD 0.23%,制备工艺简单、复合率高且批间差异小。理化研究结果证明槲皮素以分子形式分散在磷脂中,形成的复合物在水和正辛醇中的溶解度得到改善。 Solvent method was used to prepare the quercetin phospholipid complex.The optimum preparation conditions were investigated by single-factor test method of taking the compounding rate as evaluation index.The products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.The solubilities in water and n-octanol of the products were evaluated.The results showed that tetrahydrofuran was used as composite solvent,the ratio of quercetin and phospholipid was 1:2,the concentration of quercetin was 20 mg/mL,the compounding time was 4 h,and the compounding temperature was 55°C as optimized preparation process.The average compounding ratio of the products was 99.64%and the RSD was 0.23%.Quercetin was dispersed in the phospholipids as molecular form and the solubilities of the quercetin phospholipid complex in water and n-octanol were improved obviously.
