人才培养模式的改革创新是提升工程建设专门人才培养质量和成效的必由之路。经过多年改革实践探索,构建了“五位一体、多向优化”的高素质、应用型工程建设人才协同培养体系,确立了提升软硬设施条件、创新全过程实训体系、完善常态化实习模式、推动项目实战育人及毕业生优才计划等“五位一体”内在核心架构,同时积极优化校、政、企、协之间多向沟通交流的外部环境条件,能有效促进学生的专业创新实践能力,并取得良好的人才培育成效。

The reform and innovation of personnel training mode is an important way to improve the quality and effectiveness of engineering talents training.After years of reform and practice,a complete personnel training system with five-in-one and multi-directional optimized mode has been built for training high-quality and application-oriented engineering talents.In this system,"Five-in-one"mode has been established as core architecture,by enhancing conditions of hardware and software,innovating whole process of training system,improving normal practice mode,promoting actual project training and carrying out“Excellent Talent Program”for graduates.And the external conditions of multi-directional communication among university,government,enterprises and associations have been greatly optimized.Based on the achieved practical results,it has been shown that the presented personnel training system can effectively improve students'innovation and practical abilities.
