本课题以职业院校校企合作的管理业务为研究对象,围绕数据库管理、软件工程技术,重点以校企合作业务进程管理、信息共享为研究内容,提出"四位一体"校企合作管理系统的基本框架。通过门户网站、校企合作项目管理、资源共享管理、常见功能、手机APP五个模块建设,旨在达到校外合作信息管理的数字化,使学校、企业、行业和学生在网络平台上能够及时参与校企合作的相应环节,了解校企合作项目动态资讯,激发行业、企业、学生参与的积极性,从而促进校企合作科学发展。

This subject takes the management business of school enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges as the research object, centering on database management and software engineering technology, focusing on the process management and information sharing of school enterprise cooperation, puts forward the basic framework of "four in one" school enterprise cooperation management system. Through the construction of five modules of portal website, school enterprise cooperation project management, resource sharing management, common functions and mobile app, the aim is to achieve the digitalization of the information management of cooperation outside the school, so that schools, enterprises, industries and students can timely participate in the corresponding links of school enterprise cooperation on the network platform, understand the dynamic information of school enterprise cooperation projects, and stimulate the accumulation of industry, enterprises and students’ participation Polarity, so as to promote the scientific development of school enterprise cooperation.
