MMP2和E-Ca在肝细胞癌中的表达及意义

EXPRESSION OF MMP2 AND E-CA AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE IN HCC

目的探讨MMP2和E-Ca在HCC中的表达及意义。方法选取282例HCC组织,采用组织芯片技术及免疫组化方法检测其MMP2和E-Ca的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理指标的关系。结果 MMP2在HCC中的表达与组织学分级、临床分期、肿瘤直径、脉管癌栓、门静脉癌栓、淋巴结转移、肝被膜浸润及卫星灶有关(χ^2=9.891~37.085,P<0.01);E-Ca在HCC中的表达与组织学分级、临床分期、门静脉癌栓、淋巴结转移及肝被膜浸润相关(χ^2=3.902~31.080,P<0.05)。无瘤生存及总生存时间:MMP2阳性表达患者均低于阴性表达者(P=0.001);E-Ca阳性表达患者均高于阴性表达者(P<0.05)。结论 MMP2和E-Ca可作为HCC患者判断侵袭及预后的指标。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of MMP2 and E-Ca in HCC.Methods 282 cases of HCC tissues were selected,and the expression of MMP2 and E-Ca was detected by tissue chip technology and immunohistochemical methods.Their relationship with clinical pathological indicators were analyzed.Results The expression of MMP2 in HCC was related to histological grade,clinical stage,tumor diameter,vascular tumor thrombus,portal vein tumor thrombus,lymph node metastasis,hepatic infiltration,and satellite foci(χ^2=9.891~37.085,P<0.01).E-Ca expression in HCC was related to histological grade,clinical stage,portal vein tumor thrombus,lymph node metastasis,and liver infiltration(χ^2=3.902~31.080,P<0.05).For tumor-free survival and overall survival time,MMP2 positive expression patients were lower than those with negative expression(P=0.001),while E-Ca positive expression patients were higher than those with negative expression(P<0.05).Conclusion MMP2 and E-Ca can be used as indicators for judging invasion and prognosis in patients with HCC.
