双相障碍人格与父母养育方式的相关性研究

THE CORRELATION BETWEEN BIPOLAR DISORDER PERSONALITY AND PARENTAL REARING PATTERN

目的探讨影响BD患者人格的危险因素。方法选取BD患者及健康体检人员各40例,采用EPQ、EMBU量表进行测评,并分析结果。结果病例组在精神质、内外向及神经质3个维度均显著高于健康对照组(t=2.34~4.05,P<0.05);病例组父母惩罚与严厉、过分干涉与保护、拒绝与否认因子分高于对照组(t=2.10~4.56,P<0.05);父母情感温暖与理解因子得分低于对照组(t=2.80,4.00,P<0.01)。精神质与父亲惩罚与严厉及母亲拒绝与否认呈正相关(P<0.05),与父母情感温暖与理解呈负相关(P<0.01);内外向与父亲过分干涉、拒绝与否认呈正相关(P<0.05);神经质与父母惩罚与严厉、父母拒绝与否认及父亲过分干涉呈正相关(P<0.05),与父母情感温暖与理解呈负相关(P<0.05);掩饰度与父母情感温暖与理解、父母偏爱被试及父亲拒绝与否认和母亲惩罚、严厉呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论不当的父母养育方式是影响BD患者人格的危险因素。

Objective To explore the risk factors that affect the personality of patients with bipolar disorder(BD).Methods Forty patients with BD and forty patients with health check-ups were selected and evaluated by EPQ and EMBU scales,and the results were analyzed.Results The results of case group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group in three dimensions of mental quality,introversion,and neuroticism(t=2.34~4.05,P<0.05).Punishment with high severeness from parents,excessive interference and protection,and rejection and denial factor scores in the case group are higher than the control group(t=2.10~4.56,P<0.05).Parents’ positive emotions and understanding factor scores in the case group were lower than the control group(t=2.80,4.00,P<0.01).Mental quality was positively related to fathers’ punishment and severity,and mothers’ refusal and denial(P<0.05),and negatively related to parental emotional support and understanding(P<0.01).Being introverted or extroverted was positively related to fathers’ excessive interference,rejection,and denial(P<0.05).Neuroticism is positively related to parental punishment and severity,parental rejection and denial,and fathers’ excessive interference(P<0.05),and negatively related to parental emotional support and understanding(P<0.05).Concealment and parental emotional support and understanding,parents’ preference for subjects and fathers’ refusal were positively correlated with denial and mothers’ punishment and severity(P<0.05).ConclusionImproper parenting style is a risk factor affecting the personality of BD patients.
