脑瘫儿童的康复护理方法探讨

DISCUSSION ON REHABILITATION NURSING METHODS FOR CHILDREN WITH CEREBRAL PALSY

目的探讨脑瘫患儿的康复护理方法。方法选取32例脑瘫患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,各16例。观察组采用综合康复护理,对照组采用常规护理干预。对比两组临床护理效果。结果观察组疗效优于对照组(χ^2=6.02,P=0.049);观察组住院时间为(63.25±6.52)d,对照组为(82.35±8.47)d,两组比较有统计学意义(t=7.15,P<0.01);观察组患儿BI指数、GMFM-88评分提高幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合康复护理能够提高脑瘫患儿的临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation nursing methods for children with cerebral palsy.Methods Thirty-two children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 16 cases in each group.The observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,and the control group received routine nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(χ^2=6.02,P=0.049).The length of stay in the observation group was(63.25±6.52)days,and the control group was(82.35±8.47)days.The two groups were statistically significant(t=7.15,P<0.01).The increase of BI index and GMFM-88 score in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve the clinical treatment effect of children with cerebral palsy.
