基于Web of Science数据库有关精神分裂症病人病耻感研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of stigma in patients with schizophrenia research based on the Web of Science database

[目的]分析精神分裂症病人病耻感研究领域的总体概况和研究热点。[方法]以Web of Science数据库为文献来源,运用BibExcel文献计量分析软件及Pajek可视化分析软件进行数据处理。[结果]共筛选2 604篇文献,年发文量整体呈上升趋势,美国以29.95%的发文量居首位,发文量最高的期刊是Psychiatry Research,英国伦敦国王学院的Thornicroft Graham、美国伊利诺伊理工大学的Corrigan Patrick W为该领域重要研究学者,作者之间已经形成重要合作团队,且机构之间合作较密切。研究热点包括病人的病耻感体验、社会歧视、公众心理健康教育、病人精神卫生服务、照顾者负担、疾病康复等。[结论]目前国外对精神分裂症病人病耻感研究较为广泛和深入,我国研究相对较少,可以借鉴国外的研究成果和经验,以促进我国精神分裂症病耻感相关研究的发展。

Objective:To analyze the general situation and research hotspots in the research field of stigma in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:The Web of Science database was taken as the literatures source.And the data were processed by using BibExcel bibliometric analysis software and Pajek visual analysis software.Results:A total of 2 604 articles were screened,and the overall annual number of papers showed an upward trend.The United States with 29.95% of the articles published ranked top one,and the journal with the largest number of papers was Psychiatry Research.At present,Thornicroft Graham King′s College in London and Corrigan Patrick W in Illinois University of Technology are important researchers in this field,and important cooperation teams have been formed among authors,and close cooperations among institutions have been established.Research hotspots include patients′ own stigma experience,social discrimination,public mental health education,mental health services for patients,burden of caregivers,disease rehabilitation,and so on.Conclusions:However,foreign researches on stigma of schizophrenic patients are more extensive and in-depth domestic researches are relatively fewer.It is suggested that domestic scholars could learn from foreign researches results and experience in order to promote the development of researches related to stigma of schizophrenia in China.
